Tell us about your group.
An HR leader, office manager, HOA manager, school administrator or other group coordinator contacts MAXI.

Choose your Oil Change Day.
MAXI works with your group coordinator to determine the location, date and service details.

Invite your group.
Once the event is created, send out communication to your employees, residents or members about their MAXI Oil Change Day. We'll supply you with a digital flyer to help communicate. You send out the communication and get people excited.

Participants sign up.
Get a sense of how many people want their oil changed and let us know so we can bring the right team. We suggest a sign-up sheet at the office with a few time slots per hour. We can do a minimum of 4 oil changes per hour.

MAXI comes to you.
We arrive on-site and service vehicles throughout the scheduled Oil Change Day. We collect payment from each individual who gets their oil changed, right when their vehicle is finished.
